1. Return Window
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in the same condition as received
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging
- Show no signs of misuse, modification, or physical damage not caused by Kivo Electronics
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.
3. Non-Returnable Items
As Kivo Electronics sells refurbished physical electronics only, returns are not accepted for the following:
- Items sold “as-is” or clearly marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, unauthorized repairs, liquid damage, electrical damage, or improper handling
- Items missing original components, serial numbers, or security labels
4. Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process all returns. Please do not send items directly back to the manufacturer.
5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Items returned with missing accessories or non-original packaging
- Items showing signs of use beyond standard testing
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items damaged for reasons not due to our error

10. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient:
- A store credit will be issued once the return is received and approved

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items
